$375.00¹ Please send check, playable to New Berlin Heat, along with a completed registration form to: Mark Sowinski, Fastpitch Tournament Director C/O New Berlin Summer Heat 5880 S. Dunvegan Dr. New Berlin, WI 53146 |

| Age Groups: | Girls U10, U12, & U14 Team rosters are limited to a maximum 15 players! Age determined as of 1/1/12. All players must be able to provide a birth certificate upon request. |

May 1, 2012 (Or first 8 teams to register per age group.) |

| Format: |
Pool Play - 3 game guarantee (Weather Permitting! Followed by Double Elimination Tournament ASA Rules and Certified Umpires for each game. The following tiebreakers will be used in the event of a tie in the Pool Play 1) Head to Head Results 2) Fewest Runs Allowed 3) Total Runs Scored 4) Coin Flip |
| Awards | Individual awards for the top 2 teams in each age group. A Maximum of 15 individual awards will e awarded for each team. |
| Eligibility: | A player's eligibilty is determined by their age as od January 1, 1012. All players will be required to provide a birth certificate upon request. |
| Concessions: | Provided by the host. Please no carry-ins of food or beverage |
